Re: RS4 B8 KW V3 coilovers

Yes if you can get the V3 at a good price we can supply the Delete kit on its own , Very easy installation you can do it yourself . Be prepared for the low stance though we sent a set of H&R springs to a client last month only 20 to 25 mm drop . the car was so impractical he removed the springs and ...

Re: Suspension

The Dampers we fit to these cars will perform as good as original ( if not better ) I can try explain why better for the more tech guys Most standard dampers on any make and model of car are too soft when they move in and out SLOWLY , sadly the faster they move in and out they get harder . This is b...

Re: Replacing DRC Shocks

The replacing of the DRC with the CRS Koni's is a very popular solution because its the closest you can get to the original set up ( with out bursting the bank and buying original equipment ) The KONI shocks are set up for the RS4 and we have supplied them all over the world with 100 % success . Re: Bilstein B16 coilovers

m5 killer , You really should get off your hi horse , You made the comment that KONI was rubbish , this simply isnt true . They have a pedigree that Bilstein would love to have , Do you know how many of the last 50 Formula One Seasons KONI have won ? You do know they are factory fit on Mclaren SLR ,...

Re: Koni shock absorbers

The shocks used in an A 4 must never be used in an RS 4 , completely wrong impression you are sending out there

Re: Finally hit with a DRC bill! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

As you may or may not know we ( CRS Performance ) have rescued many B7 RS 4 from the 3 to 4 grand bills for DRC repairs , 100 % success no customer complaints at all . Most comment that it is better than original after we supply and fit our custom RS4 kits , The B8 cars are now starting to give hass...

Re: Koni shock absorbers

We have fitted hundreds of the KONI kits to RS 4 with tremendous success , No one has ever commented that they are stiffer and according the to the specs on the shocks they are not stiffer ,. Is it possible you were comparing to a car with failing DRC as this would explain it >? The Orange shocks ar...

Re: Bilstein B16 coilovers

I would like to add , the kit we do is NOT a coil over because KONI dont make coil overs . The majority of RS 4 owners i talk to just want the car as original and comfortable , COIL OVERS simply cant do that . they only do low and lower and most owners dont want to beech the car on speed humps .

Re: Bilstein B16 coilovers

M5killer , you clearly are not in the trade making bold statements like that . The amount of complaints about Bilstein on many forums is mind boggling , You might be a fan and we all have opinions , BUT We have done hundreds of RS4 'S and never one complaint it is the best solution with out doubt. Re: Bilstein B16 coilovers

The issue with Coil overs is that they go low and lower , they cant get near to standard height and many buyers are misled into believing they can
The KONI shock kit coupled to a H&R specfic lowering kit gives great results , super comfortable and better handling that a brand new vehicle

Re: Koni shock absorbers

The Orange shocks are not damping adjustable so will never be up to the standard of the Kit we sell which comes balanced and adjusted to perform in the RS4 they arent ideal even though they will fit , the KONI RS4 kit we do is so much cheaper than the DRC repair , replacement is it really a good ide...

Re: Finally hit with a DRC bill! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

for future reference the best replacement kit for these cars is the KONI sport dampers , These dont lower the car they simply replace the DRC problematic suspension the ride is superb and easy to fit . They are £ 650.00 a set and if a little lower takes your fancy an H&R spring will give 20 to 25 mm...

Re: Koni shock absorbers

Hi there . The KONI shocks are the most comfortable replacement kit for the RS4 with out doubt

Coil over kits are just too ,much for these types of car ( unless you track it all time )

they are £645.00 a set , stock should be with us soon .

Re: Standard ride height query- SS+ Saloon

Just a tip always measure from the centre of the wheel to the top of the arch, that way you can compare to other cars with different wheels tyre pressures etc
