Accelerator pedals are the same on any audi 80/90/coupe, can be bought for a few quid from breakers. Takes about 10mins to fit.

It does need a bit more work than 'just locks', apart from ECU missing as robo says, all the wiring under the steering column is in a right mess, doors are dented around both door locks and the cambelt is very very slack. See if you can get a boost guage connected to see what boost its putting out, could be a few reasons why its down on power.
