I wouldn’t have asked and opened the door to extra costs. If they had presented an extra cost on collection I would explain what fixed price means.

sport exhaust is pretty good - similar sound to on the C7 so not too obtrusive in regular driving.

Yes the standard spec is very high on the m5. Full leather, surround cameras and head up display are all standard.

Drive in 4WD sport which is a half way house. I find a good compromise for road driving. You can switch to 2wd but that requires traction to be fully off, not one for the roads (or at least for me)

the C7 was circa £77k when it came out, not sure how much in Germany. However the current RS3 is €56k versus £46k.
