Yes possible trackrod or steering rack slightly loose for what it is worth I would check all bolts for suspension and steering subframe then you know they are tight any slightest movement will sound louder in the car has you will also feel it through your feet or steering wheel

Ok so having car mapped tomorrow I have always used bp super unleaded so when it gets mapped do I have to stick with that fuel.
Also herd people use Tescos fuel has its ment to be 99ron

Just sounds like alternator is on its way out to me if you have a multi meter see if it's charging over 13.5v (about) then load alternator up turn lights on etc see if stays above 13v

No not normally need rechecking once tightened that's it not to much hassle then to drop back to garage see what they say

No this is not normal I would recheck hub bolt think it's a 16mm Alenkey also recheck wheel bolts too if you can't I would definitely take it back

Does it do it whilst turning or in a straight line of it makes the noise when turning then I would cv joint have you jacked up car and turned wheel does it make the noise then?

You have a faulty o2 sensor on bank 2 (passenger side) before the cat, but I would get Vag com plug in just to confirm make sure everything else is working

Not got round to replacing oil in g/box yet but I always use this oil for engine Never had any problems too quality oil

I'm curious is to why you map out cold start is it just because it's loud or is there any other reason
