V10 wouldn't touch a v8

Hi guys, looking at a R8 V10 2010 coupe tomorrow, manual, 12,000 miles or just over, full Audi S/H, new Mot ect Are there any common faults to look out for and anything I need to be aware out while viewing the car? I will appreciate any replys guys also is manual a good choice to make with the v10? ...
