Re: Baby on the way, need car seat protectors

I've got these in the RS4 and my other halfs Q5: http://www.mothercare.com/car-seat-covers/mothercare-guardian-plus-seat-protector/704698.html Ones that just cover the bottom are fine if your not having rear facing seats (which is more and more the norm it seems) and while a baby can't get muddy foo...

Re: My 1st B7 going to MRC this week.

The difference is really night and day in regards to the throttle response in sport mode. Its eagerness to go makes it feel like a 2 completely different cars. One is a relaxed thourghbred ready to bring you the horizon. The other is an excitable beast ready to smash through the horizon and keep on ...

Re: How to tell if car been clocked?

If you're not convinced the car/history is genuine, why are you still considering to purchase it?

If you have questions that aren't answered to your satisfaction walk away - there'll always be another one.

Re: Genuine rs4

Do your research, spend time looking into things, don't jump on the first one you see. I managed to not only speak at length to the guy I bought my one off of, but also spoke with the owner before him after reading many threads on here. A dealer is there to sell you a car. Don't make his job easy an...

Re: So, one thing led to another and..... (new wheels fitted

Do you (or anyone else) know if the KW adjustable spring kit for the Saloon will fit an Avant?

I've seen them have different Part Numbers, but the Avant and the Cab being the same. Just seen some come up for sale and providing they'd fit I'd jump on them. Thanks

Re: So, one thing led to another and..... (new wheels fitted

Thanks Mike - from what I have read so far I expected as such, but wanted to be sure. Guess that's decision made. :nodder: Edit: From what I have read and understood - the Spring Rate works in conjunction with the Dampers on over all ride feel. Its not one does one thing, the other does the other. A...

Re: So, one thing led to another and..... (new wheels fitted

As much as that linked car ticks every single one of the boxes I would want for my car looks wise - Air ride is probably one step beyond and, like Sam, not convinced it would have as good a ride when being driven spiritedly as DRC - either standard or with Lowering springs. Any one any first hand ex...

Re: So, one thing led to another and..... (new wheels fitted

Sorry. Bad boy wheels require a bad boy stance. TBH, I've 90% decided in doing the drop, the last 10% is me trying to stop myself go down the slippery slope beyond that. The rear I can live with, the front will start to really annoy me - so it's enevitable really. The title of the thread is even mo...

Re: Favourite part on a RS4 ?.

The wing mirrors. Sat in the drivers seat, on the M4 every day at 70ish (honest) to and from work - quick glance to the wing Mirror and the silver against the blue bonnet makes me smile every time. You could almost (only almost...) forget where you are when your in the same cue of traffic every day,...

Ha! Damnit, and there I was thinking that I had a good deal.

4 wheels have now have G5 Wheel Armour put on them and will be left for another day or 2 before they'll be fitted.

So, one thing led to another and..... (new wheels fitted)

I had a nice friendly letter posted through my door a few weeks ago with HSBC informing me my pitifully low ISA interest rate was going even further down, so I decided I wanted to do something with my money rather than it sit in a faceless bank. And you know, post-brexit spending to stimulate econom...
