Re: Rs6 vs e63
I am sitting in an ML63 with the slightly older BiTur 5.5L V8 and it is a real giggle on full blast with just the factory exhaust. Having said that the 720bhp upgrade with a custom exhaust etc is nagging my mind constantly.

Full marks for the exterior. Strong statement. "Kermit was my lover" at a guess?
The Tan would not be my choice but then most of our cars are Black so I am not really your target audience.
Well done for going the whole way.

Re: Rs6 vs e63
Skirs6 - I don't mean this as a negative against the Audi but just from my experience. The AMG engine and exhaust notes from the M157 (5.5L V8 BiTur) and newer M178 (4L V8 Hot BiTur) have a much fruiter exhaust note out of the box than the current RS6PE engine with sport exhaust. I also add an IMHO ...

Re: Tyres for RS6
The Michelin naming convention took a turn recently.
Pilot Super Sports (MPSS) used to be better than the Pilot Sport 3 (PS3)
The recent release Pilot Sport 4 are actually more like an improved MPSS.
I have yet to try any of the new Continental 6 on anything but can confirm the PS4 are excellent.

Re: STOLEN - Daytona Grey Avant - RS04BMX - Hinckley, Leicestershire
My sympathy. We had the same on our RS6PE. Three weeks before a holiday they broke in at 3 in the morning looking for the keys. We had the keys in a metal safe with another car parked across the end of the RS as delay and the alarm on the house but they still made a go at it. We did not feel safe fo...

Re: Aquamist: Water injection systems, Methanol injection systems
Water/methanol spray onto the intercooler or into the combustion chamber ? I have used a couple of the intercooler sprays on GT-Rs in the past to manage maximum boost cooling, they did make the engine smoother under full load (and allowed more power). Given the temperature in your region and basics ...

Re: Mapped cars
Perhaps there needs to be a form the tuner signs ? I can use the car just like I do normally. I don't need to use specific petrol/lube etc. I am aware that by tuning the car I may invalidate the warranty. Should it fail you will agree to use a company to inspect the root cause and should it be relat...

Re: Service Time
Ok maybe only the PE needs it at 20k / 2 years. When mine went in last week that's what they said. But after 3 hours they said they didn't have enough spark plugs. Well thats an all new low for a dealer, not carrying 8 plugs? Did you tell them they can count to eight without having to take off thei...

They asked if I was interested in leading the UKIP however I think I blew the interview when I said my role models were Vlad the impaler, Pol Pot and Genghis Kahn. I don't see the issue.

Pedestrian = 10 points for GB (they look the right way and realise we don't stop for them) Tourist Pedestrian = 2 points (see above + attitude) Sui-cyclist = 20 points for a knock over, 30 points for a knock out. Lorry on foreign plates = 50 points for a swerve avoidance and no scratches. Four wheel...

I am normally a tolerant person but when I hear his voice all I want to do is reach for the 12 gauge.
