Im going to be moving over to R8 coils they are meant to be very good but won't know or see any difference until i hit the dyno

Jesus... that’s a proper rebuild. Any particular reason for this work :rocker: It will be off the road for winter and while it is id like to do CAM Chains but it spiralled because while the chains are off i could pop the heads off and send them out for some port and polish work then i started think...

Im still sub 100K miles but if im changing all the internals and having the heads flowed then it would be silly not to replace the chain etc also with the upped rev limit i wouldn't want to trust the original chain.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for getting back to me people. Idea is higher revs and to go turbo low boost with flex fuel option to run higher boost for trackways on E85.

right guys ive been reading alot about the carbon clean etc and it coming back. what is needed is a full strip and carbon clean then a seperate oil catch tank system to be set up this is why its happening. this is going to be the first thing i do on mine including some nice polishing work on the inl...
