Since then its been sat in my garage on a trickle charger(Always something else needing money). Finally got ar...

Re: Replacement CD changer
Could anyone provide the correct part number for the CD changer in the boot of my 2003 RS6 C5? I'm wondering if I could replace it with a standard A6 unit from the same year? "Who uses CD's these days" I hear you all say and I agree but I'm trying to keep my car as factory standard as possible so t...

Re: Gearbox service kit
Does anyone know where to get the gearbox filter and oil in the UK? someone put a link a while ago but I can not find it only Matts for Autodoc. Brutus is making some strange noises when in park and neutral like a cavitating sound. I remember Footlong saying the gearbox started playing up after the...

Re: Clutching at straws...but just maybe?
A lot cheaper than through eBay. I wonder why. That's what I was wondering too. Seems to be the same company. Even when the VAT is added plus tenner delivery, it's cheaper than fleabay. Not complaining though  Mate eBay fees are massive now! And then PayPal will take a cut if you use them so ...

Luckily I’ve already got a set of those seats, one of the best mods I’ve donebilko1 wrote:I wouldn't buy the engine as MRC ground so much of the block away to make a starter motor fit. The guy had to have it welded up as the block had cracked. The seats were good though.

Re: Sad day…
I had to replace the RNSE in the manual, code should be written on top. I never replaced the ABS module but did replace the faulty yaw sensor. I gave up on the car as to be honest the whole conversion was a bodge. Can kind of tell its a bodge by looking at the bits for sale. And bloody hell the guy...

Re: Sad day…
I've bought a couple of parts from them. ABS module & RNS-E from manual converted estate. Was this once yours? A little note on the providence of your 'new' parts: - It was an ABS fault that brought about the tank-slapper I had when putting it into Armaco, I'm pretty certain Bilko replaced the ABS ...
