Re: B7 RS4 Cabriolet 56 plate 59,000 miles

Also if anyone is looking for a black one, please consider this instead - I was also set on black until I saw the Daytona Grey in the flesh, it really sparkles in the sunlight.

I looked at many cars when I was buying before getting this one, and was so impressed compared to the others on the market I put a deposit down bef...

Re: Two weeks in and time to get a few things sorted...

Thanks Sumdy, Yes, sounds right - one on each side, rectangular about 6 inches x 2 inches (from memory). Don't suppose you/anyone else know what they are called or the part number? Last owner but one fitted the smart control - it's a great addition! Enjoy parking up then walking away as the roof doe...

Re: Two weeks in and time to get a few things sorted...

Thanks RS6BRIT, no I'm pretty sure I don't have adaptive headlights. I checked all the codes and all that is specified is Bi-functional headlight with gas discharge lamp and Automatic headlight-range adjustment dynamic. I may have worked out the problem, although haven't investigated fully - the DRL...

Two weeks in and time to get a few things sorted...

Well had the RS4 Cab for a couple of weeks now and very pleased with it! :biggrin3: Still getting used to everything, but could do with a bit of advice over one or two little "issues": 1. When the roof goes down, one of the little plastic trim pieces that slides into place (spring loaded I think), d...

New B7 RS4 Cab owner

20150611_121241.jpg
Hi all, I've had a few posts while I've been looking but it's official now.

Sold my M3 CSL and picked up it's replacement in the same day today. Here's a picture of them together.

Look forward to getting to know the car and getting involved.

Cheers

Jon

Re: Anyone know this car?

Apparently the seats have been refurbished (not retrimmed, but I believe rubbed down and recoated). I have not seen it yet but sounds like it would be better than the usual wear that 50k miles does!
