Mine has the sports diff, it comes up as a separate 4th option under the drive select menu. Well worth it, I took several b7 rs4's out for test drives and preferred the b8 s4. My 2p worth... Test drove 3 b7 rs4s 2 which were stage 2 (1 standard for comparison) and then drove 1 b8 s4 with the stage 2 and that's the one I paid for and drove home that day. I loved the v8 don't get me wrong but I also love the supercharger whine and also grown very fond of the less gruff more...
