Anyone interested in a standard exhaust for the RS 6 from the cat back...if so £500.00

engine lost power.engine management warning for a couple of seconds then rough Idle..took no chances and had it towed within minutes...but see the update?????? The car wasn't modified..it merely enjoys the spec enjoyed by the Germans

Update.....gremlins attributed to exhaust valves yesterday...New engine from Audi Germany due on Friday!!! Now how about that.....well done Audi long live the Krauts!!!!!!! [img]images/graemlins/1syellow1.gif[/img]

Its worse than we thought it appears that my super duper highly developed RS 6 engine has dropped a couple of exhaust valves!!!!!! The powers that be are investigating as we speak (to be fair theyre on to it!) But guess what theyve given me a A8 (old model) 2.8 as a courtesy car......Fat exective or...

According to Audi the 'box is good for 650BHP but obviously with the torque increase 'shafts are also a concern...Thats why its going to ZF in Germany for the box mods'. [img]images/graemlins/greyrs4.gif[/img]

Ive just had my RS 6 Avant from AMD in bicester and the re-programming was inordinately beneficial...Howabout 536BHP and 650lbFt and conducted at 25Degrees inlet temp!!!!
