I attended a track day with my car at Bedford Autodrome today. It was a lot of fun, despite the fact that the RS4 clearly isn't the ideal track car. This is the damaged part - yes integral and concerned that wrapping a cracked part will still the crack showing - bit of plastic welding and re-spray I'm thinking....

Not sure what you think you are replacing as its just a painted section of the bumper. This. The bumper/splitter is a single piece and simply painted 'Matt Alu' when the option is specced. I will let you know if Amersham Audi have got this correct when I pick the part up later today. Like you I am slightly apprehensive that this is not just a bolt and washer (no nut obviously) for £37 - await next message and we will see what transpires.

After just a few weeks some beep beep beep beep w*nker ( ) has managed to crack my front air splitter. I have ordered a new one from Audi (only £37?!) but wanted to know if anyone has replaced theirs and what advice they can give?

You are right RIV - but the effort they have put in certainly makes washing it damn easier!!

I had it detailed by Xtreme Detailing (Bucks / Herts) with Gtechnic Crystal Serum Black and it has has transformed the paintwork - well after they spent 15 ours removing the swirls put in by the dealer!

Jeez that's one hell of a spot - yes you are right it did come from Shrewsbury Audi. It wasn't the one I test drove but I found this one online after the test drive and bought it. That plate has now gone a private plate has gone on it.
