Re: Hidden Vag com stuff?
Is there a way to make the start/stop remember the last position or to turn it off altogether? I have had that coded to my wife's previous car, an F15 X5. Can you code Audis like that?

Re: Giving up mr RS6
Turbo needs a few things fixed in the next gen namely super laggy engine with HUGE appetite for oil, infotainment, Aisin 8 not as good as ZF8, noise is bland just loud with no personality. I hope they manage to fit the SQ7 engine (electric compressor included) in the diesel verion, they couldn't do ...

Re: Giving up mr RS6
SQ7 is definitely one of the best cars on sale now. Crazy engine, very good handling (when equipped with the 48v shocks) it goes around corners like you would not, B52 sound, incredible refinement, good economy, most spacious interior out there, Audi fit and finish. No looker but neither is the Pan...

Re: Giving up mr RS6
Yes I tried it at a dealer. Not that impressed. Didnt like the logic, nor the layout. BMW still writes the book here. Always has. Handling is a Porsche stronghold. No one tunes a chassis like Porsche. I've had a DKG M3 for three years, driven many PDK and DSG cars. Not as good for everyday driving a...

Re: Giving up mr RS6
Panamera is very heavy. Turbo is 50kg on top of the already very heavy RS6. Looks are better than the gen1 but that is not saying much. Much prefer the wider, more aggressive stance of the RS6. New Panny gets spanked by the RS cars. Handling and interior obviously go to the Porsche but imo their inf...

Re: RS6 Virtual Cockpit
I absolutely love it my SQ7, makes the pop-up screen pretty redundant.

PSS initial impressions
Got my winter wheels and tyres taken off and a fresh set of Michelin PSS installed the other day. My car came originally equipped with Contis in 21" and my winter setup is Dunlops in 21" too. Both set-ups have the silent tyre tech. From the short drive back home and some more driving yesterday I not...

Re: BYe bye Audi Sport / Quattro GmbH
The panamera is not much faster if at all. 0-60 is faster thanks to their excellent LC but its a very heavy car. Sport turismo will be heavier still. It gets murdered by the RS7 performance here https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/dedethecollector/32436380170/in/set-72157678604006010/ I think the Merc wil...

Re: DRC front shocks rattle!
I had all 4 shocks replaced under warranty and it's made no difference, if anything the knocking seems worse! Good info, I will be booking it back in. Gorun01, just to be clear, which bushes were replaced? Also, which dealer was this at? Dealer is in Eastern Europe so no use to you. Forgot to ask a...

Re: DRC front shocks rattle!
A quick update, just came back from the dealer after they called me and offered to change the bushes with a new updated stiffer model. Once I took the car there they also decided that the sway bar links needed change too. The car feels very solid now, no rattles in the short drive on my way back. It...

Re: Tyre advice
Contisilent is meant to lower interior noise by 8-9db, even if half true it is still worth having. The trouble is that it comes with the inferior rubber attached.
