Black C6 RS6 - Bingley/Cottingley, Bradford - 2130, 10 Nov

I was out for a "quick" blast in the B5 RS4 and came across a Black C6 RS6 Avant on the Bingley Bypass near Bradford at about 2130 hours tonight, VRM ** MAE - Anyone on here / know it? It gave me a sound education in the art of acceleration (and fabulous noise!!)... left me for dead despite my best ...

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: RS4 what do you think??

I bought Eastos car mentioned earlier in this thread after browsing for ages, it was about the £15k mark ( a little more with the B7 wheels) 72K miles and despite having a few marks on it I'm happy with that. Looking back, its worth taking the time to view a few cars until you get a good feeling abo...

Was looking at this the other day, it appears that althought the VEL bands go from A-M, and there will be an increase across the board, cars registered before 1st March 2001 will still be banded according to engine size, and those afterwards will be banded on emissions. Vehicles registered prior to ...

RE: 2001 B5 RS4 For Sale Misano Red Sunroof 74000

This is a lovely car!! I viewed it yesterday evening and have to say that it was the best I've seen in 2 years of looking on and off. Andy knew the car well and obviously looks after it. I couldn't find any damage on it, very few marks, no sqeaks or rattles and it runs very nicely indeed. Its also t...

I've just had exactly the same problem, the cause turned out to be a failed speed sensor that provides input to the esp. All up the stealership billed me £202 inc VAT to sort it. £55 to confirm problem, £41 for the part and the rest for labour!!

RE: Headlight

If you want to get it done, get someone who knows what they are doing. If HID is installed incorrectly, it can bugger up all sorts of electrical systems on the car, plus the fact that the high voltages involved aren't all that good for the installer if they make a mistake... To be honest, the laws g...

RE: Headlight

Should be an H7 55W. If a lamp has gone, then look at changing them for OSRAM Silverstar or Cool Blue Lamps, I changed mine last year and was totally blown away by the results. More light, much tighter beam pattern. Silverstar are +50% light on the road, Cool Blue are a bit less due to a blue coatin...
