I think you would be looking at fuel starvation on the top end. A dyno would show this. Difficulty in starting

Defo bronze. The darker the blue the better the bronze looks. A lighter blue i would maybe sway towards the dark grey or black

If not done so, worth checking or changing your high and low pressure fuel pumps. Rest would be suspension components at that kind of mileage

What year is your car? some pumps are availble depending on year etc.
The pump can be replaced from under the seat, No need to drop the tank

Front kocking noise can sometimes be the arb links. Make sure they are torqued to spec.

I would get them to just do a sniff test in the coolant bottle just to rule out a leaking head gasket and give you peace of mind

Just add 1l first either hot or cold. Allow engine to warm up approx 2 mins for the guage to show new level. Check the reading and add a little more if need be. Recheck after after few hours once oil has setled. Probably need to do the warm up again with these silly digital dipsticks

Very few runners do get stuck on this model, Not unheard of though. Runner delete means engine out job. intake manifolds are so low down and right next the chassis legs so impossible to remove insitu

Sound like you have dry joint on a bush ie arb, top mount etc. Video shows you are having some good weather so check if you hear the same noise after some rain and the under body has gotten a good soaking. If so i would then try to begin lubricating the joint or bush to ellimnate and pinpoint the no...

Are they relaying personal first hand information to you? Yes they are expensive to replace if you need new discs but they wont need replacing for at least 150k miles+. Steel discs are not that cheap either and barely last 30k. Pads are good for around 100k + and are around £400 so not crazy for thi...
