Car manufacture date is 06/14.
As I said I only allowed the update so that I could keep my Audi warranty intact - I am not a fan of updating electronics unless it is completely necessary or there is a new feature that I want.

Engine ECU Software Recall - 2406
Recently had my car in for Service, MOT & spark plug change and was informed there was a software recall for the engine ECU. No details were available as to what the software update ‘fixes’ (I suspect it is emissions related). I have maintained an Audi warranty since the manufactures one expired and...

Re: Part number for OEM Control arms?
Did you get any further determining who is the OEM supplier of the control arms? I have 24k miles on my 2014 RS6 and have been advised that some of the bushes are starting to show signs of cracking. Changing them out seems straightforward enough (have done on wife’s Q5) so keen to save some money if...

I have LEDs so have no experience of changing the headlight lamp however this should help - ELSA win shows this for lamp replacement for C7.5 and C7 RS6s:

Re: Rear Caliper Decals
Plates are relatively easy to replace - on my stock (non-performance) 21” wheels I didnt even need to remove the wheels to do so. It was a matter of gently prying off the my remaining OEM plate - the fixing clips came out attached to my plate- otherwise it would have been easy to fish them out. I ha...

Re: Rear Caliper Decals
I managed to get 2 new rear decal plates and emblems - custom made: IMG_1169.jpeg Dave Williams used my remaining OEM as a pattern and fabricated the plates including the mounting pins (a first for him). The finish is truly top quality and really puts my OEM plate to shame. Best of all they are stai...

Re: Injector replacement - massive potential bill - any experience?
Sorry to hear all the problems you have had - hopefully you can hammer Audi and dealer down so this latest issue does not costing you anything. I always thought RS cars were designed to take a bit of a hammering now and again and not be as fragile as in your experience.

Re: Injector replacement - massive potential bill - any experience?
Got to be worth a try somewhere that does in situ cleaning….e.g. Rallytec? I would be pushing for Audi to contribute and then imo the dealer should foot the bill for the balance - after all they screwed up during the strainer replacement- not sure if your turbos disintegrated or just lost performanc...

Re: Rear Caliper Decals
Has anyone found a source for the decal plates? Some git has decided to deprive me of one of my plates - not sure when in the last month it was removed but unlikely to have been at my home as cars are covered by multiple cameras and i review all alerts daily! Hopefully this isn’t going to be a thing...
