Re: Out of hibernation!
I had my car laid up for 6 months and after first drive following hibernation the EPC light came on. Had me worried but filled it with fresh Shell v power and light/warning went out. Perhaps old fuel?

Re: Carbon clean with AmD
If Im to get this done it’ll have to a proper job. Are there companies (preferably Essex-based) that can be recommended?

Re: Carbon clean with AmD
I’m tempted to go through the carbon clean process but would prefer to use a ‘reputable’ company. AmD seem to say on their website £60 for Carbon clean which just doesn’t sound right/thorough?!

Carbon clean with AmD
I’ve heard that a Carbon clean can make significant improvements to responsiveness/power. Having owned my RS4 for 5 years is it worth doing, especially as there’s no record of it ever being done? AmD are based in Essex and are not far from me; has anyone used them and/or can recommend their ‘de-coke’?

Re: A lot to live up to in the cleaning stakes
I’ve heard anything other than white sno foam can ultimately damage the bodywork as it gets into areas you can’t reach (e.g. down inside side doors). Not sure if that’s a myth?

Can anyone help me connect my iPhone to standard factory fitted MMS? The car has been parked up for about a year (on an intelligent battery charger do never has been flat) and it doesn’t recognise my phone. It says in the manual to type in 1234 but when I do nothing happens and my iPhone doesn’t see...

Re: TPMS
Many thanks for the pic! Back to work tomorrow, but I'll give a try next weekend and report back.
Just TPMS, not low pressure.

Re: TPMS
Thanks. Audi reset it via the trip computer (which is what I was doing anyway), but I'll try and unplug the antenna, however not being the most hands-on, can you advise exactly where this is? A picture would speak a thousand words!
Thanks.
Thanks.

TPMS
I keep having the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) message appear on my display. I have reset countless times, but it keeps coming back. Does anyone know why this is happening (aside from the obvious of tyre pressures being down - which they're not) and how to fix?
Thanks.
Thanks.
