just a slightly underperforming plug/coilpack could be an issue
i would scan it,and as above make sure premium fuel used

you could always try another dyno if numbers are your thing

looked at their videos,asides from the test drive they look to be fairly diligent as to what they do diagnostically wise they need help though-pulling engines apart without disconnecting charger and aux belts to eliminate noise from the belt driven components as well as a quick borescope is a recipe...

it will be 1-2k less than their quote by the time they nit pick

that said i sold a q7 to them and they offered more than anybody else-by 1k

wbac are a bit low again-been overstocking
using their value is fine if you can afford to give it away cheap

a few weeks ago they were offering daft monies-huge prices,not now though

plenty you can do without expense of a whole replacement exhaust
save the coin for other maintainance bits and bobs

its probably the valves if fitted
my golf r mk7 makes some serious clangs etc from the exhaust valves etc when opening car[valved milltek]

my previous rs4 both saloon and avant did not,but these were non valved versions

b14 poor finish,poor quality
i wouldnt-rear spring snapped after 10k 3 yrs appx too-even at max height too low for uk roads
