Sorry for delay in reply. but i believe they only fit the 5.0 s6 or s8 engine which sharre the same intake manifold. The manifold on the 5.0 TFSI has different spacing and shape to the manifold ports i believe

Welcome. First thing re the V10 S6, these rarely make stated power, so be aware of that. They can suffer from carbon build up.
