I did 550hp on my single 3" miltek cat back here but I think its now restrictive (who knows, it might have been restrictive back at 550 hp, but my EGT's were normally below 1000 deg)

Should a certain thinkness or swg of stainless steel be used??

My KO4/RS6 Hybrids.

The turbine wheel on one threw a blade due to boost leak and over-spooling. The other is fine but would require rebuilding to get them both to same condition.

I got a quote of 1k to rebuild both of them back to 100%

I got larger injectors and fuel pump for my S4 last year, MRC sorted me out with a map no problem for that, ran sweet.
