Old thread revived. Im not sure who is still here....
My Partner and I quite fancy this, but im wary of the car getting peppered in stone chips.
is a front end PPF a must? or is it not such an issue when your going alone rather than a pack or group?

Re: Re Floor Mats
No idea, but as you may have found out, Audi don’t sell 8P mats anymore.

Re: Managing exhaust valves on Audi RS4 B7
If the RS4 exhaust flaps are controlled via vacuum via solenoid valves, then there are loads of switchable versions of the "Flapper mod" on the web. Some cars have a vacuum / ECU operated "flap" in the exhaust tail pipe. It is opened and closed at certain pre determined revs, speeds, gears , mostly ...

Re: Keys and alarm fob apparently washed down the drain!
Id be tempted to have a chat with your insurer, and see what they will accept, as it will be them you come back to if it disappears in a month. Or, have the garage retieve the keys/contact the waterboard etc so they can be accounted for and destroyed. A camera survey of the drain might locate them, ...

Re: trickle charger install
Hi, if you have a permanent feed on your cigarrete lighter/12V sockets you can buy this adaptor for the Ctek. http://smartercharger.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/CTEK_Comfort_Connect_Cig_Plug.jpg I have the MXS 5 which outputs 5 Amps, so well within the cigarrette lighter/12V sockets current rating...

Re: trickle charger install
With my Ctek and permanent powered 12v cig sockets, I can charge it there which is handy as on the RS3 the battery is buried deep in the boot, although there are jump starting points under the bonnet. On cars, with switched ignition fed 12v sockets, we have hard wired quick connect leads to the batte...

Clubsport looks fantastic, even in saloon form. It's crying out for an RS badge, even if it doesn't get the headline grabbing concept power figures.

Re: Trickle chargers
Ctek mxs5.0 here.
Big enough for any car, small enough to still charge yor bike, or golf caddy if that's your thing.
If it broke I'd buy another tomorrow.
