I think part of the problem is people who haven't owned anything like this before won't realize how much it costs to get one up to this standard. Mine's cost me a few grand more than that after I bought a cheap one and sorted everything that had gone wrong, and it still isn't in anywhere near as go...

I've had about 3 stupid offers of around £8k and had 2 people come and view. Both complete timewasters. So not much luck!!! Can't believe it's still here either to be honest. Guess the market must have slowed.
