Re: Just bought my RNS-E for retro fitting into the B7 S4
This has all been put in place now - looks amazing and works perfectly, have a 2013 maps cd and it's the same system I had in my B8 A4 tecknic, so happy about that, don't need a MKII given I was used to a MK1 before.
Just need to install the MFSW now and then get bluetooth sorted out.

WANTED: B7 S4 ESP button
Sratched mine up some while refitting the fascia after installing the double din frame for my RNS-E.
Do not like it looking tatty, even though it is just a bit scratched.
Thanks

Re: Performance Spark plugs...
I've just bought plugs. NGK listed a Platinum upgrade on their website, but I decided to just go with the standard plugs. Best place I could find them was on Amazon!! £58 odd for the 8 delivered which I thought was fantastic. Silver are supposedly excellent plugs as they are highly conductive etc w...

I'm sure someone will already have posted this but I didn't have time to trawl through the topics to check... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/news/10703514/The-Audi-seats-being-stolen-to-order.html Nothing like a bit of Wednesday afternoon scare-mongering! :? Not really scaremongering - I have ...

Didn't they do a test and the B8 S4, when mapped etc (Stage 2) is on a level with a standard B8 RS4?

Performance Spark plugs...
Any use? Do they make a difference in performance or are they just a gimmick? Increases in HP? Baloney, surely...

My manual says the car does this, but it doesn't. (B7 S4) - would be a great add if it did.

Why would you want to disable it? I had it on my A4, worked well and was quite pleasant at lights, relaxing even, lol.
