Guys I got a set made makes all the difference as he custom made the ramp from your measurements, then you can take the ramps off for easier access. Made in Scotland.

It would work but you would stress the front diff putting all the traction through it. But depending on the fault in the diff it might not help as it will still turn from the wheels

There is also a local earth for the alternater onto the chassis it is tucked up behind it

If the fans stay running when you put the ignition back on run vagcom and it will tell you the duty fan cycle and what is telling them to run. Oil temp and water temp and possibility air temp will run them with ignition off

Ive gone to see mackie transmissions in Tollcross about my differential and they looked pretty good. Didn't need anything done and only took gears with me so can't comment on thier work but they do seem to have a good name and are ZF repair shop

Thats pretty bad all round. Ive been recommended them but since ive taken the engine out myself I dont think I need them for the easier stuff

Very true alot of after market ones look terrible. Will look out for old one but it will need to be hid one

Hi guys the plastic cover on the back of my headlight unit has totally fell apart the plastic has gone very brittle and broken up. Do you know anyone that sells replacement covers?

Good luck. Lets hope you've picked a good place. I had to change mine coz the last person didn't do the thermostat. Then I found they didnt replace the rollers, pulleys or tensioner when I checked the date on them. And to top that of they tensioned the belt the wrong way! So kinda glad the thermosta...
