SOLD - Sprint Blue B7 RS4 Avant - £18,250
Audi RS4 Avant – Metallic Blue Registered March 2007. Current Mileage: 76,000. MOT until 27/10/15. Reason for sale is to fund purchase of 997 Porsche. I have been quoted 2 trade-ins - I am likely to accept one of these at the weekend unless someone wants to grab a bargain before then. Full longlife ...

Re: VCDS owners near Cheltenham?
Thanks Sam Ideally I'd prefer to look at it sooner than drive far with it on (although it doesn't seem to have affected anything!). It's the emissions light - my guess is a MAF sensor may need cleaning or replacing. Any reason not to go for something like this second hand? http://www.gumtree.com/p/c...

VCDS owners near Cheltenham?
I've got a warning light I'd like to investigate. Thinking about purchasing a VCDS but would be good to see it in action if anyone local has one and would be willing to meet up?
Thanks
Ben

Re: Tyre pressure valves
Hi guys I had my rear tyres changed recently. The TPMS sensors are apparently no longer working, and also the thread on at least one wheel is a little worn... this makes getting a sensible reading at the service station very difficult as the airgun won't fit over the stem properly... it's more often...

Dry filters sorted Carbon Airbox MAF issues?
Hi guys I know lots of people have the Revolution or other induction kits, but some had experienced MAF issues which appeared connected to the oiled filter used as paer of the kit. I understand this has been resolved by changing the oiled filter to a dry one in the last few months... has anyone expe...

Re: BMW Z4M Coupe.....
me too - can't believe anyone would view a Z3 or Z4 Coupe (roadster different kettle entirely!) as more hairdresser stylie than a Boxster (tho latest looks so much better). People who have no idea about cars can happily buy a Boxster as a status symbol (or indeed a Z3 or Z4 roadster). Those in the k...

Re: BMW Z4M Coupe.....
Another ex Z3MC and Z4MC owner here. I'd echo exactly what Wallachie says... I kept the Z3MC for 5 years because it had so much character, whereas the Z4M only for 3 (and was probably ready to switch earlier than that if I has found the right RS4 sooner). But ultimately the Z4MC was the more rounded...

Another Ben here....
I too am likely to be interested in a kit if it is comes with a stage 3 filter to resolve the MAF issues - I'm sure the sounds at the rolling road day will confirm for sure, but I can't believe I won't be convinced, having had something similar on my last car and loved it

Re: Rolling Road Day @ AmD Essex
I would love to meet some of the community and hear the difference your airbox changes have made (I had a GruppeM on a previous car which was fantastic, but a bit concerned about the MAF issues in YoungBen's other posting). I can confirm arrival time later - would love to get the car on the rolling ...

New steering buttons - split price?
Hi all
So my newly acquired RS4 Avant has an execptionally worn sport button - I understand you can only get all the steering wheel buttons and the silver trim all in one for about £150 - anyone fancy splitting the price for some of the other buttons/trim?
Cheers
Ben
