I had mine replaced at unit 20 last April - sensors were about 360 quid plus vat - and 8 hours labour to fit and grizz does them without engine removal so it can be done.

I've used zymol treat to follow - smells like bananas - it's pretty expensive but is really good stuff. I find the leather cleaner on it own does a good job and leaves no marks if you spray it onto a micro fibre first then apply.It's the tightening up of the leather that makes the difference for me....

I use zymol leather cleaner on my natural leather. It's the best stuff and will tighten up the leather too.

It's off to unit 20 next week for cambelt service and was thinking of getting a remap at same time - everyone seems to say change these at same time - car is on 66k and I don't think they have been replaced ! Anything you would routinely change with a stage 1 She got a clean...

I agree a fund is defo needed,so go into ownership with ur eyes wide open! I bought my c5 in April last year with 63k on the clock and pretty much did 2k in at unit 20 after a healthcheck to get it up to scratch and then a further 500 for gearbox oil change and plugs. Get the right detailer and the results are incredible ! Before i had a family and a c5 I use to take my 996 to off your marks - zymol royale two coats. Wax would last we'll over a year - all you needed to do was wash, dry with leaf blower and field glaze and back to perfect!
