Re: Scorpion Exhaust system--Resonated or Non Resonated.
I have the Non-res Scorpion and front delete pipe due to arrive in the next few weeks, so will post a video once its fitted. But from the Youtube comparison, that convinced me to go for the Scoprion over the Miltek as I liked the sound a lot more. And I had read about several Miltek owners complain...

OK I think we are in the same batch of production.
Scorpion will produce them mid of may (res and non-res version).
Thanks,

Re: Scorpion Exhaust system--Resonated or Non Resonated.
Hello, I am wondering exactly the same question. Resonated or non resonated ... Very few information on the web about 2 configuration. Even if it should be similar to Milltek res or non-res. I'm ready to order res version with Flex Pipe. But if non-res closed valve is livable this is for sure the ri...

Re: scorpion vs milltek
I have Scorpion Resonated / valved and am very happy with it : It's lifetime warranted. Very nice sound and real difference when valves are open. http://nsa34.casimages.com/img/2014/11/08/141108065211580359.jpg http://nsa34.casimages.com/img/2014/11/08/141108065215907261.jpg http://nsa34.casimages.c...

Re: Bilstien B14s = noisy
Hello, I do have the same problem on my B14. It is not serious but very annoying. The problem comes from the blue plastic part inside the spring. When the shock absorber compress, this blue part curves. You will notice that on b16's, this part is not straight line but with a kind of pleat. B14 : htt...

Re: The best oil
next service I will use 10W40 ou 10W60 to reduce oil consumption. On the German boards they all swear by Mobil 1 5w50 Peak Life for high oil consumption RS4s. That seems to solve it and the cars run well with it. Would definitely not recommend 10w60 - its not an M3! Hi, Anybody using the Mobil 1 5w...

Re: The best oil
The RS4 use some oil at the first start, when the engine is cold (and also when it's hot at high revs ... OK ! ) So you may need to change the first grade "the cold one". In the US, they use Liquy Molly 10W60 which seems very good : http://www.liqui-moly.de/liquimoly/mediendb.nsf/gfx2/1390_200_100.j...
