What oil would you recommend for a 93k 2001 B5 RS4 - Custom MRC remap, ITG filter, milltek 100cel cat downpipes, twin milltek system, roughly 450hp.

I plan to change the oil roughly every 5,000 miles or 8 months.

Fast road, no track use.
