Cupra R one’s are a good option if you want black & they are extremely cheap (ebay)

I had similar issues with fans it was water in the ecu box under the scuttle panel, it had destroyed a few relays but nice & cheap to replace & haven’t had any issues since.

Pretty sure for retro fitting them on a b7 their are no clips or fixings, its a hole drilled into the caliper & glued/resined on.

BG Developments as Bam said. What he neglected to volunteer was that three of us, including him, had custom 390mm front disc setups made up by them.
