Mine wasnt mapped and it hit the limiter at 175-180 ish ( I only glanced because I was more interested In looking at the road ) and it got there alarmingly quickly and was still pulling!! I think without the limiter and on a long enough stretch of road 200mph would be achievable on even stock power

From what ive heard it costs in excess of £8k to do the conversion so whats an extra few quid on insurance?

I cant see it really effecting it too much tbh just get an agreed valuation on it so if it all goes pete tong theyll have to pay to have the conversion done to another car

I just had mine detailed and just left them off it looks much cleaner without them.

Just did a quick check on mine 04 avant 85k they offered 6.5k gotta be worth a shot it'd make a change someone knocking them for a few quid!!

You could change the DVs for forge ones they're something like £60 extra for both but have a lifetime warrenty

It would have to be silly cheap with those miles and a broken box 2-3k I rekon. Even with the gearbox fixed with such high miles itll be a bugger to shift.
