Life after RS
I thought I would pop back and let you know what I ended up going for after the decision to leave the B7 fold was made. A growing family (found out got another 2 on the way rather than the 1 planned... Twins rather than some ex turning up on the doorstep btw) made my head rule my heart and I needed ...

thats why I bought it, it doesn't seem to be if, but when!
So as long as I get roughly what I paid then its not a bad insurance policy.

Sold... Gone to the dark side
I thought I would give you a little update, I got rid of the beloved RS in December last year, a number of reasons but the main one was I was just driving 4 miles to the M25 then doing 70 miles and getting off again. Even getting 26mpg it was still getting on my nerves filling up every other day. So...

DRC Part
I've just listed a DRC pump for sale, brand new, in the classifieds section. Bought it after one of mine had gone and cost a lot of money for a new one, got this one cheaper so bought it incase another one went. It didn't, so I have this to sell. Not a bad idea if you own a B7 RS4 if you can afford ...

DRC Valve FOR SALE
Part Number - 8E0 616 887 Brand New & Boxed. After a DRC failure on my old RS4 the other year I had to shell out a tonne of money for a new one of these, then I came across this new one so bought it for a lot less than list on the basis that if another one went wrong I would be quids in, and if it d...

It's all over
With a very heavy heart I handed the keys over to another. 4 years and 70,000 miles of pure entertainment. I am a little unsure of what I am going to get next, the RS4 just ticks every box. But I fancied a change and with the misses not wanting to drive it, it was time to let go. Thank you for the a...

Re: [VALUATION] Thinking of selling my B7 RS4.
I've got mine up for £15k, yours is lower milage and has the brakes, I got a phone call last night from a dealer telling me it was far to much money and he would give me £10,500 for it... I think you can work out my answer. He went up to 13k, then when I said no, he told me he would come round in 4 ...

RS4 B7 Avant For Sale
The time has come to say goodbye to undoubtably the best car I have ever owned. 4 Years of ownership makes me itch for something new, but sadly im looking at a diesel for the next motor.... or an M5 if I can get away with it! Anyway, my pride and joy is up on Autotrader here: http://www.autotrader.c...

Re: Fault code p2015
I believe this relates to intake manifold position sensors. Yes it is, mine did the same last year. As far as I know it is something for emissions only needed in the USA, MRC offer a new manifold which doesn't even have them on and they just delete the code (I think). So it is nothing to worry abou...

2nd Hand prices
The time has come to hand on my beloved car to another. It's going to hurt. A lot. I have been looking at the 2nd hand market, the cheapest around are listing at around the £15k mark, but trade in is at £11k. My car has over 120,000 miles, in good nick and new tyres, just serviced etc.. Are they act...

Re: Cheap tyres
Just thought I'd share this. On Saturday I had an argument with a pothole. I lost. With a hole in the tyre the size of a 50p, a crying 1 year old and a moaning misses I had little choice but to accept whatever tyres I the mobile company had, so I got a Pirelli rosso (I think that's what it is), any...
