Re: How much for a Dealer fitted tow bar?
Go for the detectable towtrust bar. I’ve had two on
The A6 chassis (a6 Tdi and an RS6) the towtrust was the best out of the two I had.

Re: About the right time to sell up..
I don't know where to go next from an RS6... I've kept it VAG and very different until I decide what silly car I want next.
PS. Spacers and value gone..

About the right time to sell up..
After 20 months of ownership I think it’s about the right time to sell. Cars done nearly 40k, it’s made more money today (5k extra) and it did back in May so prices are high. Was a little concerned with being in the car when it’s done over 40k and with the new one coming out next year. Depreciation ...

Love this idea!
No one does an after market product that you can just chuck in the boot to heat up inside the car?

Re: Pot Holes...
Ive had all four of mine straightened.. done 8k on them now and they are fine.
Guess it depends how bad they are.. mine gave a slight vibration from 60+ mph.
Where are you based? I’d recommend where i went.

I went 12 and 15. Mines running air and it occasionally rubs on the front when in dynamic suspension.

Re: Front Discs and pads - DIY
Audi Norwich quoted me £993.86 to supply AND fit front discs and pads. My service manager was baffled by this as the price of the parts alone as supplied by Audi come to £1135.17. Audi Crewe supplied me with a whole set - front and rear discs, all pads and sensors - for £1495 delivered (not fitted)...

Re: Front Discs and pads - DIY
Nice. Audi like to rip us southerners off I guess. Where I live the same group own all the local Audi dealers. They price match any of their dealers but won’t outside of their dealer location.

Re: Front Discs and pads - DIY
Got discs and pads from Crewe Audi for £1014. Going into my VAG specialist next week for 1.5 hours. Much cheaper than the £1350 my local dealer wanted.

Re: Leaking panoramic sunroof?
Turns out it was the front drain pipes that needed replacing.
Back to Audi and done under warranty.
All fixed.

Leaking panoramic sunroof?
Anyone had issues it’s water coming down into the passenger footwell?
I know these have drain holes which I need investigate. They are not blocked from the top as it looks clean as day.
