Re: Goodbye for now

I too was sceptical but it’s just s new driving and learning experience for me. I now have mine tuned to around 560bhp and yes it loses traction in 2nd but it’s really exciting. Need to get some proper tyres on it. I took out a stage 4 GTR from Litchfield and it was stupid fast but almost too good. ...

Re: Goodbye for now

Update on my review. My 8 year old daughter was telling me it was slow and how she didn’t like it. I myself felt like it was lazy especially in the low rev range. I also noticed there wasn’t any boost on the boost gauge. When I went to Litchfield for a tune they confirmed I had little to no boost on...

Re: Goodbye for now

I was underwhelmed initially with the low down power initially but now I know how to drive it a bit bitter it keeps growing on me.

Re: Goodbye for now

As a member was interested in my thoughts on both here you go. My C63 is very well specced and the RS (pre-fl) was as well. I think decent spec in either is a huge must. So many cool options on the C63. 360 camera with loads of views, HUD (awesome), all the safety features, pan roof, exhaust, suspen...

Re: Goodbye for now

Had my second cats removed yesterday. Sound is much nicer and downshifts are hilarious. Cold starts aren’t much louder either which is perfect for my early starts.

Remap next week.

I miss my C63...removed rear resonator and 2ndry cats (iirc). That sound is awesome.
Who removed your secondary cats? I’m trying to get mine done but nobody wants to do it.

Re: Goodbye for now

I got quite a lot of good tech on the C63. Someone really specced it up nicely for me. I’m comparing it to my RS 3 which is obviously very different. For £41k and 6k miles it’s a bloody good motor. Of course in the wet things will be different but actually I don’t care because it is so nice to cruis...

Goodbye for now

After 8 years of Audi I have moved on and am bloody loving every minute. I got a C63 with 6,800 miles for £41k! Unbelievable depreciation. My RS 3 was mapped and had second cats removed so was a pretty obnoxious motor. Trouble is I drove like an :knob: The C63 obviously is a completely different mot...

Tuning near Bristol

Chaps,

I’m liking the idea of a tune on my RS but would like to do a rolling road as well. Any idea where I can a decent tune (revo seen popular) and rolling road session near Bristol?

Sports exhaust

I just bought a 2015 RS 3 with sports exhaust but the pictures show the exhaust with silver tips. I remember when I had an RS before the sports exhaust usually came with black tips.

Am I confused or have things changed?
