oof! £70k for my spec.

Nice looking car but £61k base and circa. £75K specced... f*** off! A £35k Golf R facelift/RS3 will give you as much fun...not as much kudos or sound...but on real world congested roads...I'm out. I am disappointed. My money is going off the mortgage...but I am getting old.

...Use another dealer....Audi recommending you use RA instead of them dealing with it...thats a joke.

That would be too much from even from a dealer. I think they were well specced. but the interior does make it marmite....should have had buckets to make it "special". It needs keyless too....a must have for me.

I've been looking at RS4s to and saw this one. I PX'd my B8 in Nov last year at 17k miles.....the seats looked nothing like that! It's a nice spec car though....there are better ones on the Audi site.

Ignore all of this and get a Milltek/Akro/Caprista et al.....then you'll really hear the car as it should have been from the factory (obviously in various guises depending which one you have) I thought standard sports exhaust was enough...until I tried the alternative. I may be getting another RS4 a...

You've bought the car so if there is no issue with your gearbox why worry? All you'll hear is the odd horror story from the minority and not the majority who have had no issues. I drove my B8 RS4 hard for 17,000 miles with no issues.

Don't get hung up on a sports exhaust...I had it and was unimpressed. You have the option for aftermarket. If I was looking I'd want basic, no sports pack. Drive Select just adds complexity and I was never 100% happy with the setting I chose but got used to it I guess. I think I'd even go for 19s. I...

@ Audi & Dr Ulrich Hackenberg - please make sure the B9 RS4 replicates this exhaust sound in some way. I hope they do too, but they won't I am sure.....let's hope it's Mk5 Golf GTI moment when they get back on track again with the RS4 vs the competition. Still hooning in my Golf R with 340(ish)bhp ...

Yep, quiet mode is fine. And the drone comes in when you should be changing gear. Never an issue for me.
