OMG, that's the worst nightmare, sorry to hear that Marten. I hope engine is still rebuildable. Finger crossed mate. And thanks for the heads up. Just wondering, prior to the strange engine noise, did you notice anything abnormal? Eg. higher oil temperature etc? I can only image if the rubber parts...

I'm writing this to give everyone an heads up, because I'm sure this could have been prevented. My cars engine had about 135k km's on the clock. Which should be ok if the cars is maintained well. I've owned the car for 7 years now and I'm sure I've done my part on keeping it maintained. I'm not a me...

These are 19x10 ET25. They just started producing them. All other pics on interweb are 20 inch wheels.
I really like the wheel design, also pretty light!
Right now I'm running 255/35 but it's quite stretched. I might go for 265/30.

Hi all! I'm looking to upgrade my wheels to BBS LM's. For RS4 BBS officially offers LM269 which are 8,5x19 ET20 (with BBS supplied spacer 12mm). I'd rather go wider... so BBS also makes LM279 which are 9,5x19 (also ET32). BUTTTT the problem is that BBS is not certain that I could clear the front bra...

I had resonators deleted. Bit of drone, but much "meaner" sound on WOT. Also it pops and crakles

Hi rob-s 1) If you want to save the DRC, the pipes should be closed off with caps. If I remeber correctly, the KW set comes with needed caps. Search the site, there should be enough info on this matter. 2) Thats the first time i've heard such plan. Probably it won't "cure" the issue, but it might he...

Yes Marten, my exhaust is an JHM (whit JHM cat. downpipe).
