Re: Super Audi Noob seeking advice/encouragement/love/tears etc

There isn't that much to do in the MMI, setting up your Custom driving mode is about as important as it gets and that's all on one page. Best (and cheapest) upgrade after that is to get the MMI updated for Carplay/Android Auto which the 2016 car doesn't has as standard but I think has all the hardwa...

Re: Cat replacement

Lifted from another forum: "Nomenclature on catalytic converters is as follows. CPSI is the acronymn for cells per square inch. CPSI is the description used worldwide despite the metric system. So therefore 400CPSI, 300CPSI, 200CPSI, 100CPSI and 0.00 CPSI equate to sqeezing 400 small squares into a ...

Re: C7 and London ULEZ

My 2016 Performance comes up as having no ULEZ charge so no sure what's happened there. And as my 2006 RS4 is also ULEZ compliant I was expecting the decade newer 6 to be. Doubtless the council gears will crunch for a bit and then they'll work out you've nothing to pay :-)

Re: New(ish) car - minor problems

Figured it might be a warranty issue. I've just booked it into MRC to see if they can advise and then I'll go from there. The RS4 is wrapped in 3M Deep Space. It's every colour from dark blue to vivid orange depending on the light. Considering it for the 6 as well but might not suit the shape quite ...

New(ish) car - minor problems

Afternoon All Having been a long time lurker on the RS4 B7 forum and had that car for 10 years I thought it was time I added a C7 to the fleet. So here is our 2016 Performance tucked in next to it's much older sibling. InkedIMG_8329_LI.jpg Given the current situation we've yet to go far in it and it...

It was just about the worst moment for him to decide to move and was a bit of a squeaky bum moment but ce la vie [emoji1]

Re: Boxhill Meet - *DATE CHANGED* Now 18th March 2017

RS04YOB - nice to cross paths on the A3 earlier after the meet - sadly I was on the way to the TVR reveal on Farncombe and could only chide the lady into one car event per weekend!

I may have got a little giddy on one or two of those corners - there were squeals from the passenger seat!

Re: Result from Mrc.....

Had mine 3 or 4 years and still love it. But since disconnecting the exhaust valves I only use sport mode when hooning around as opposed to previously where it would always be in sport mode for extra noise. I think that may be part of my problem - perhaps permanent noise is the way to go :-) I love...

Re: Result from Mrc.....

I'm intrigued to hear what people think of the map once they've got over the initial shock - for the first couple of months it always put a silly grin on my face but three years down the line I've a slightly different opinion. And one word of warning - try not to switch into sport mode at low speed ...

Re: B7 Cat Back Milltek Valved Non-Res with Polished tips

Now sold - apologies to those I didn't get back to - trying to sell things in December with the attendant melee of Christmas events was a terrible idea.
