Sounds like a nightmare mate, my car is in at specialist tomorrow morning for a diagnostic check on what I suspect is a dodgy coil pack. £75 just to plug it in and that's before they do the repair! Hope that Audi see sense and pay out for you.

Called the dealer an they informed me there is no outstanding campaigns on my car. Was this issue associated with all RS4s or only certain engines? Booked in for a diagnostic at the cost of £75!!!! Dear Santa......can you bring me a new coil pack!!!
