What does this one mean? (Engine was not running hence 00513 G28) If I just switch on the ignition and pull the codes I get the fault come up, if I clear the codes, get no faults, and then switch off and on again the fault always reappears. If I start the engine, clear the faults and restart it does...

Primary boost control is via the spring in the wastegate, pressure in the inlet manifold is fed to the WG, pushes against a diaphragm, compresses the spring which opens the valve, diverting ( or "wasting") the exhaust gasses away from the turbine. This was removed from an A6 2.8 avant quattro. system is everything from the cats backwards and is full stainless with 2 small mid boxes, 2 back boxes and 2 very impressive tailpipes.
