I was in the exact same position last month (although mine is a Black B7 Tiptronic...) - 3 longlife services by previous owners.

I went to APS in Brackley - really good guys. I supplied the oil and filter and they did the service and brake fluid change for about £125

Now on eBay as thay are just getting in the way in the garage.

I bought these Milltek Downpipes recently to fit to my B7 S4 but having our first kid on the way means Baby Stuff will be taking priority over Hi Flow Cats for now
