RS5 servicing query?

It's due it's 2 year service and I have a couple of questions. Sorry if discussed before but cannot find any info on it. 1. How much should the service be...

Re: How many?
Saw a white RS5 parked up on a drive last Sunday on my way to Southend. Looked amazing, had to double take at first as it was the first I had seen in the metal. I live near Southend and own a Suzuka grey rs5 and was thinking I haven't seen one around but then realised we were round friends on the S...

2 B7 RS4 part worn tyres for sale
I have 2 continental 255/35 R19 tyres that are part worn after I replaced all 4 tyres on my car. There is a couple of mm tread left and would be ideal as spare or may get some use for a track day. Open to offers

Genuine B7 RS4 alloy for sale - small crack
Genuine B7 RS4 alloy for sale - I replaced with a new alloy (at huge cost!) when I identified that it had a small crack on the edge and lost pressure. It is repairable and would be ideal if someone is looking for a spare. I no longer have the car and so am looking to clear it out of the garage. Give...

Re: Audi warranty - do I extend?
Don't do too many miles myself, about 8k so am tempted to just keep money to one side

Audi warranty - do I extend?
Sorry as I'm sure this has been covered before but wanted to put it out there as there is always so much good advice from you all! Just coming up to 1 years ownership of my RS4 avant and had the renewal letter through for the warranty. Having gone on line for the quote, there is the option of Compre...

Bucket seat bolster button has disappeared!
Don't know if anyone has had this before but one of my bucket seat bolster buttons has disappeared (pushed) into the seat base housing. Inflation still works as when press sport button the seat does as it should plus managed to push button with finger through hole and still seems to work! Does anyon...

Spark plugs
Apologies if this has been covered before but couldn't find all the info. I've got a few questions regarding spark plugs that I'm keen to get views on.... 1. Bought my car last year and it's currently on AVS but I'm largely doing short local trips. Thinking of moving to annual service and on getting...

RE: Re: RE: Advice on Children and RS4
Have an avant and a 7 & 5 year old - all works fine. Have "neatseat" rubber protectors behind their seats to protect the leather. Don't have anything on back of buckets but do wipe down easily and no long term damage. Boot is plenty big enough when we go away to inlaws but we're past the stage of bu...

RE: Squeak from back seats.
Might not be the same but I had an interior squeak from the back of my avant. Damn annoying but eventually located it to be the load cover. If you remove the load cover there is a "felt covered rubber spacer" on the load cover to stop it moving around and rubbing against the backs of the seats. Mine...

RE: Rattling exhaust after removing vacuum hoses
Pretty sure have sealed vacuum pipes as used grub screw to seal - nice tight fit.
drcarrera - when you say apertures are you refering to the pipes or the diaphragm - have sealed the diaphragm by reconnecting the blocked pipe to it
If just rattling, perhaps lubrication of flaps will prevent it?

Rattling exhaust after removing vacuum hoses
Decided to take the plunge and remove the vacuum hoses as per some well documented posts on here - pleased with the resulting sound in lower gears around town :D However on cold startup during the initial minute or so of higher revs (think running SW090) the exhaust values seem to rattle - can only ...
