Nice motor Chunk. Really subtle paint job there too, doubt you'll get noticed much.

Have a look in the BY forum, there are lots of threads about this. Some people have even repaired the valves with a bit of glue / sealant. From memory the valves are about £160 each which is not a massive amount of money but if all of them need replacing it can start adding up. I think there was one...

You also need to be aware that most gap insurance doesn't cover modified cars. The sports exhaust is nowhere near as loud as the Milltek non-res. Having said that I lived with my milly with the exhaust valves permanently disconnected so it can't be that loud.
