I'm driving to South France in Summer, Edinburgh to Zeebrugge (Ferry) then driving down through France taking route A1/A6/A7/A8, which is roughly 750 miles!

What are the speeding laws/Cameras, etc on these roads?

Pretty good, but not recommended for constant use.

I love the look but if I remember when I had mine, the amount of spray kicked up was ridiculous from the RS4, you always had to keep it the wiper running to see!!!

That's a big jump! I know that it can jump .2/.3 (i.e 1.8 to say 1.6) due to warmer/cooler/humidity conditions.
