4-ring spares had a black leather S4 interior for sale a few months back. I think it sold on ebay for about GBP900.

One reason for the low price is the lack of leather. I'd add another 1000 if it did have leather.

An 1998 S-reg S4 sold on ebay last week for £11k. Funny thing was that the bids jumped from £7500 to £11000 acouple of days before auction end.

Dan I bought the car in Jan 2003 so it's probably not the one you saw. Shame about the price but it's got to go as I'm moving to Oz in january. £1300ish last year for my May99 S4. It's cheaper maintaining a similar age Porsche 996.

If you were buying a used Audi would you take a VAG serviced car over an independent serviced one ? Personally I would have done when I bought my S4. However as an S4 owner of 3 years and having experienced the official Audi experience my preference would be with the independent specialist.

I phoned Audi warranty re. the same problem on my 1999 S4 and was told that bodywork/paintwork was only covered under the initial 3 year warranty.

Mine's been doing it since I bought it 3 years/40000 miles ago. For the first few weeks I kept looking for the blue flashing lights.

The S4 needs some tidying up. Can anybody recommend a bodyshop ?

I live in Farnham but do a daily commute to Reading via Bracknell so anything en-route would do.
