Many thanks guys. I think the RS4 will make more sense. I only do about 3k a year as will be a second car. I just wanted something I can have "brain out" fun in as well as take the Mrs and kids out in too. Sounds like the RS4 may hold its value better pro rata over a few year period.

what about uniqueness? well I assueme that affects the residuals too? The RS4 has held it money pretty well for its age, will the RS6 do the same of drop because of higher supply numbers? Guys can you give me the pro's and con's of each model.

Do I buy the best RS4 I can, or hold on for a bit and get an RS6.

Residual Value
Reliability
Comfort

I have the TRD plate LSD and it is much better than the Torsen. I use 295/35/18 PS2 rears. The car also have RLTC for wet weather

LOL traction isnt an issue, I have that sussed.

FWIW I have had a lot of issues in the past with ERL ( Aquamist) pump failures. Also if you are going to run a meth mix I would strongly suggest using a lubricant such as Uplon from Klotz. There are pleanty of other WI kits out there too, many cheaper, and some have some pretty sophisticated control...

Phil, I thought my post was respectful, if it hasnt been taken that way the I am sincerely sorry. At the end of the day Tangy equates to faster. I am sure the RS4 does many things better than a Supra.
