We shouldn't be pleased of course. It probably means the B7 develops more problems than normal and so people write in to tap the resources of this marvellous forum.

That's really not good enough. I'd be furious. We pay a premium at the main dealers and you kind of hope that you get something for the extra cash. However, each time I go to an Audi dealer I get more disappointed with their service. Such a shame because they do make (some) great cars.

Yes it should be although when I had mine replaced in January, Mondial tried to wriggle out of part of the claim. However, once I called them directly, they backed down and all parts and labour were foc. You shouldn't need to use the Audi 5-year promise. Funny how the DRC should fail so soon after p...

Hi all The trim surrounding the driver's seat belt pulley on my RS4 (B7) has come loose on the lower left clip, i.e. closest to the door. Saw you today at about 12.35pm stopped (for me to cross) at the pelican crossing outside the tube station. It's always good to hear other RS4s from the outside as it sounds totally different when you're driving.
