History is key. Buy in maintenance record. Plenty of B7’s over 200k miles. You could run into problems with a 40k mile or 140k mile car. The B7 is a fairly reliable car if properly maintained. Remember rubber components are perishable anyway, so will need changing periodically regardless of mileage....

Got a set of OEM springs I took of my Avant at 40k miles if you were wanting to stay OEM. Drop me a PM if so.

Re: Wanted B7 RS4 convertible

Can’t believe how much they’ve dropped now but for a 37k mile B7 does seem a bit of a bargain. Like you say though cabbies aren’t for everyone and this time of year is indeed a buyers market.

Re: For Sale 2006 B7 RS4 Saloon

I know the previous owner of this car. Given his enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail with all his cars (RS’ included)... I have no doubt this will be a very, very good car. They’re getting harder to find nowadays... shame you are selling but good luck with the sale.

Re: ENGINE LIGHT

Emissions check engine light. Likely one (or more) of the lambda sensors. You need to get a VCDS scab for fault codes to identify which.
