I have the Milltek on mine, do it you won't be disappointed. Bought mine as part of a GB from VAGOC, via Awesome GTi.

Assuming you mean the standard seats (ie not Supersport) I have them on mine and prefer them.

There is an option of hill hold assist which basically puts the hand brake on automatically when you come to a rest.

The auto handbrake self releases on mine (Auto).
