Hollow steel billet high lift and duration cams

I've got a set of used high lift cams for the 2.7T engine for sale. These have done approx 800miles. High lift and duration intake cam profile with a moderate exhaust profile (0.7 overlap) for strong mid range to top end power. These have been designed for an engine that revs to 7K rpm. Made out of ...

MRC do RS6 stage 2 turbos, decat downpipes, large injectors and a fuel pump for the RS6.

Give them a call.

I used a TDI 6th ratio (.60) Standard is (.68 ) @ 3500rpm I was doing 106mph. Standard gear = 93mph @ 5000rpm = 151. Std gear = 132 @ 7600rpm = 229. Std gear = 201 It was a good gear to cruise in on the motorways although you have to really change down to 5th when you get stuck behind a car doing 60...

Does the DUH FMIC have a shorter inlet tract than SMICS? Not sure but the piping on the Duh has been designed to minimise pressure drop. http://www.duhengineering.com/fmic/fmic_rs4_faq.htm I am happy with the performance and would buy again. I'l devise some appropriate software to control IAT's, an...

The two radiators in the same position of your DUH FMIC, and the chargecoolers in the same place the SMICS are now!!! So the inlet tract will be roughly the same as the std intercooler setup so no benefits decreasing the pressure drop. The real gains your looking for is reducing IATs lower than a F...

Just had a go on the google machine for pros and cons of charge cooling: Less lag due to shorter intake tract. Can cool below ambient air temp if tank is filled with ice. But can become inefficient once the water warms up hence the need for a rad. I'd be interested to see results of a charge cooling...

In the bin. I guess it'll be using a different managment system.
Driving along and a stone gets kicked up from the car in front....goodbye turbo. Can't believe that they run it like that without some form of grill or filter.
At least you won't need to pull the engine to change a turbo!

RE: Crazy S4....

The turbos look huge! Guesstimates on BHP and Lag!

I like it how the exhaust stick out the bumper, one for the turbo exhaust gases the other for the wastegate. I'd like to see Doug noise test that!
