No, I was waiting to ensure I could get all the necessary bits before I undertook such a project.

Needless to say that now the fun begins!

Just letting you know that I am able to supply anyone undertaking a manual swap on their C5 RS6 the engine software that will allow this while retaining the standard ECU and functions.

Selling as I am purchasing brand new hybrid units.

Turbos has travelled a genuine 32,000kms running peak boost of 1.0bar.

Price is $2500AUD including freight to the UK.

Would these turbos be able to hold 1.2bar til redline with the appropriate actuators and fuel?

Boost isnt everything agreed....

Are we able to know the exact list of modifications or is this a "trade secret".....

I would also like to know the boost pressure across the rev range. I am fairly confident if the OEM actuators are retained and unmodified the boost will be at most 0.9bar at redline. Turbo dyanamics in the UK is who will be performing the upgrade on my turbos with the addition of custom made actuato...

I have removed the entire system from my car and had my tuner "kill" the codes so it doesnt throw a DTC

Doug - Have you ever installed GT28RS on the RS6? I think they are too small but would love to hear of some real world results

With reagrds to the manual conversion do you prefer retaining the factory block or running a 4.2 manual block doing away with the need for an adapter plate?

Just trying to determine which "prepping" our engine blocks receive in place of the standard cast iron sleeves found in "normal" aluminium blocks.
